If you were already registered for the in-person MEA 2026 event due to take place in April, your place at the event for the new dates is secure. There is nothing you need to do, as your registration has automatically been updated to reflect the new dates.

4 weeks before the event start date, approximately 13th October 2026. Know your way around the platform in advance - watch the platform demo video here .

We recommend avoiding Microsoft Edge where possible.

When you first sign in you will be prompted to check/update your details. If you want to update them later, please click on the ‘person’ icon in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘settings’. We strongly encourage you to add a photo of yourself. This needs to be 450x450 px or more.

You can view all upcoming sessions via the Agenda tab.

Once the delegate list becomes available on the event platform (approx 13th October 2026), you will be able to book meetings, send messages and connect with other delegates. You can search for particular delegates or companies using the filter function (as pictured below) on the delegate list page.

All meetings can be booked via the delegate list page. A shared meeting point will be available for all attendees (please note, this is not a dedicated meeting table). Dedicated meeting tables or private meeting rooms are only available to sponsors, please contact sales@exilegroup.com to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Once the event platform has launched, you can navigate to the delegate list icon on the homepage where you will be able to view and message everyone in attendance. Unfortunately, due to GDPR regulations we are unable to provide a copy of the delegate list outside of the platform (including in excel format).

We are more than happy to assist with visa applications. Please email us at operations@exilegroup.com with the necessary information found here. Once we have received the necessary information, we can issue a letter of invitation in support of your visa application.

If you have any dietary requirements, please email operations@exilegroup.com. Please kindly note, due to the nature of the catering we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Therefore, if you have a severe allergy we would kindly ask that you make yourself known to the hotel venue closer to the date of event and they can prepare separate meals.

Once the event has come to a close, we will upload all pictures to our flickr account here.
